I'm a production engineer by education, and I spent the first years of my career in corporate structures, including as a Project Manager and in process improvement in Compliance.
Although I gained valuable experience there, I felt for a long time that my true path was social activity and creating real social impact.
In 2020, I founded Web-Korki — an initiative aimed at equalizing educational opportunities for children from orphanages. After just one year, the project grew into the Web-Korki Foundation. Earlier, I also volunteered, including in Sri Lanka, which strengthened my conviction to build lasting social solutions.
From the start, I wanted the foundation to be more than a short-term project — I wanted to create a support system that step by step truly changes young people's lives.
Today, the Web-Korki Foundation is made up of over 200 people from around the world. The core team is about 40 people who have been consistently developing it with me for years.
For a long time, I developed the foundation alongside my corporate career. Over time, I began supporting other charitable organizations and observing the growing importance of CSR. That's when I decided to change my professional direction.
Today I work full-time on social impact — I support NGOs, individuals, and companies in creating actions that truly matter. I connect the business world with social activity, helping build long-term, valuable solutions.
This brand was born from the heart and the belief that you can help wisely, effectively, and with immense satisfaction — without burning out. If you feel this is your direction too — you're in the right place.
