I teach as a practitioner-lecturer, specializing in social organization management, communication, and team building.

My classes combine practical experience with current legal regulations — especially related to creating and running foundations and associations.

Students receive knowledge that is not only theoretical but primarily useful and implementable in real projects — something textbooks simply cannot provide.

What I teach

Every module combines theory with concrete examples from my day-to-day work.

Charity organization management Structures, processes, foundation and association law in practice.
Organizational communication Internal information flows, conflicts, and crisis communication.
Building and motivating teams Volunteer recruitment, non-monetary motivation models, retention.
Creating engaged structures NGO governance, role division, long-term member engagement.

To every class I bring concrete examples: what worked, what didn't deliver the expected results and why — so that students can take away as much value as possible.
